Hello,

 Its been some time since I posted anything new.  I’m sorry dear reader.  If you’re still out there.  You remember, you posted a comment on my butt-piss entry when my blog was hosted by blogger.  I hope you haven’t given up, but I’m sure re-reading the same posts over and over must have gotten tiring for you, so I understand.

Anyway, I’m starting a new category on this blog.  This one is health and fitness.  I know what you’re going to ask…

“What dear Debbie, qualifies you as a health and fitness guru?”

I’m so glad you asked that.  My response is this.  Do what I tell you to do and then tell me if your healthier or not. 

Personally, my body is my laboratory.  I would love to have a clone so I can have the clone do the wrong things, while I do the right things and then just see who is healthier.

My health tip today concerns Aspartame!  Aspartame is truly evil.  I once joked that it was created by GW Bush.  Since it causes short term memory problems, I told people that GW created it so we would forget all the shit he does right after he does it. 

Little did I know I wasn’t far off.  It seems his favorite warlord, Donald Rumsfeld was the real culprit.  Check out the link if you don’t believe me:

I think Donald just wanted to make money though and he could care less if we remembered or not.  I wonder how much of a kickback he got for his excellent stewardship of the kidnapping and torturing of enemies of the administrati… I mean enemies of the US. (Just in case they’re watching!)

Anyway, here’s a list of benefits from Aspartame.  The funny thing is that Diet Coke, which is a flavored Aspartame drink, makes you fatter.  That cracked me up.  Here’s the dirt.  If you want more on Aspartame follow the link above. 

According to the top doctors and researchers on this issue, aspartame causes headache, memory loss, seizures, vision loss, coma and cancer. It worsens or mimics the symptoms of such diseases and conditions as fibromyalgia, MS, lupus, ADD, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, chronic fatigue and depression. Further dangers highlighted is that aspartame liberates free methyl alcohol. The resulting chronic methanol poisoning affects the dopamine system of the brain causing addiction. Methanol, or wood alcohol, constitutes one third of the aspartame molecule and is classified as a severe metabolic poison and narcotic.

That’s all for now.   Do you still doubt Debbie’s health knowledge?  Remember, my body is my laboratory and I used to drink Rum and Diet Coke(flavored Aspartame).  I had many of the symptoms described for Aspartame poisioning:  Headaches, Loss of Memory, Slurring of speech, etc.  It also effected my driving. 

Well we’re heading out to the gym to do some more healthy stuff.  Then we might go to a movie which will be great for you because I have added a new category: Movie Reviews.  So if we go I’ll be sure to let you know what the rating was.  Ratings run the gamut…anywhere from “Visit the tree people and dodge doo-doo instead” to “Let’s drink and slur intellectually to celebrate this masterpiece.”

    Wow! I had no idea that Aspartame was so evil. No wonder I’m 300 lbs… I think…anyway thanks Debbie, I look forward to many more discoveries.

    Yeah! After I read this post I stopped drinking Diet Coke and I found my car keys that I forgot I had lost. Debbie, you’re the greatest!
